The forms of payment are by bank transfer or card payment.

The shipping by the transport agency will be € 24,20.
If you choose the option of payment by bank transfer, after making the transfer, you must wait for it to be reflected in our BBVA account. The delivery period will not begin to run until the transfer is confirmed in the account.
IMPORTANT: The times for all shipping methods begin to count from the time the order has left our facilities and has passed to the “shipped” status. During promotional or sales periods there may be delays in the dispatch of orders. If your order has not been dispatched within 2 working days after the order has been placed or paid for, please contact us by whatsapp or email and we will inform you of the estimated shipping time and delivery time.

At Calzados Cristina Valdivieso returns are free of charge, as long as the following conditions are met. We will refund the full amount of your purchase if any of the following conditions are met:
- The article is defective.
- There has been an error in the delivery.
- The item does not correspond to the photo on the website.
In these cases and after verifying that one of these reasons is given, we will refund the full value of the amount paid, including shipping and return costs on the same card with which you made the online purchase unless you choose a different payment method.
The return period will be 15 days.
For the product to be returned correctly, it must be carefully packed in its original packaging, if it still has it, and in the same condition in which it arrived.
After examining the article in our warehouse, the customer service department will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid and if so we will refund the full amount of the purchase within 4-5 days of the product arriving at our warehouse and on the same bank card with which you made the initial purchase unless you choose a different method of payment.
If you request the return of the product, because you do not like it, and do not want to make any change, you will be credited the amount of the purchase, subtracting the cost of transport which will be 24.20 euros.
If the conditions set for the return are not met and the return is not accepted, our customer service will contact you to inform you of the reasons for non-acceptance.
