Shipping and returns policy

The forms of payment are by bank transfer or card payment.


Deliveries are free and will be carried out by the following transport companies: MRW

Orders will be delivered between 3-6 business days from the date of shipment, which will be notified by email beforehand. It will be done through the MRW transport service.

If you select the bank transfer payment option, after making the payment, you must wait for it to appear in our BBVA account. The delivery period will begin to be counted until the transfer is confirmed in the account.

IMPORTANT: The times for all delivery methods are counted from dispatch form our facilities, and change to the “sent” status. In promotional or discount periods, there may be delays in the dispatch of orders. If your order has not been dispatched after 2 business days following payment for the order, contact us and we will notify you of the estimated delivery period and arrival time.


If you wish to exchange a product you have purchased for another of the same product (that is, if it is not your size, or if the model does not match the image on the website, it will be exchanged. The period for this exchange will be 15 days following the purchase.

If the exchange is of the same price as you paid on the website, you will not have to pay any additional amount. If the price of the new product is more than the old, we will only charge you the difference, and if the price of the new product is less than the old, we will refund you the difference.

The changes or returns will be at the customer’s expense. The transport amount will be 22 euros (plus VAT).


Returns are free, provided that the following conditions are fulfilled. We will refund the full amount for your purchase provided that any of these requirements are fulfilled:

  • The item is defective.
  • There has been an error in delivery.
  • The item does not match the photo on the website.

In these cases, and after checking that one of these cases has occurred, we will refund the full value of the amount paid, including delivery and return costs.

If you wish to make a Return because you do not like the item, or have changed your mind, you will have to pay the transport costs. The return period will be 15 days.

For the return to be made correctly, the product must be carefully packaged in its original packaging, and in the same state as it arrived in.

After examining the item in our warehouse, customer service will notify you of whether you have the right to the refund of the amounts paid, and if so, we will proceed to refund you the full amount of the purchase within a period of 4-5 days from the product arriving in our warehouse.

If the established conditions for the return are not fulfilled and it is not accepted, our customer service will contact you to notify you of the reasons for the non-acceptance.
